They may look kind of funky and not so neat but, well, they are DELISH! And healthy, does it get any better than that?! We personally call them gram-cracker sandwiches, they are from the one and only, Pinterest! So here is the recipe, it is so easy your kids could make it while you make dinner! ( This may or may not have been what Mom did…)
No fat whip cream
Low fat peanut butter
Regular or cinnamon gram-crackers ( we prefer the cinnamon!)
Slather one side of the cracker in peanut butter and the other with whip cream, then pop them in the freezer for 2 hours. Last but CERTAINLY not least, gobble them up!! Hope you love them just as much as we do!!
